From this point of view our internal laboratories are key points of Staamp product quality strategy
Internal labs are managed in agreement to international quality management system rules and ISO/TS 16949 requirements and include following capacity:
- 3D contact and optical measurement (CMM)
- Gear measurement
- Surface characteristics measurement (profile roughness)
- Mechanical tests on specimens (traction, compression, bending)
- Colour measurement (spectrometry)
- Raw material analysis
Internal know-how is integrated by established cooperation with accredited labs in whole Europe.
